I have always known that I wanted to teach. In high school, I worked at a homework helpline, and in college I served as a teaching assistant. My first full-time job was as a teacher, and although my career later took me into law, administration, and college counseling, I repeatedly returned to education.

That varied experience shapes the way I tutor. I listen carefully, identify the source of a student’s difficulty, and explain complex ideas in a way that makes them manageable. My goal is not merely to help students complete an assignment or prepare for the next test. I want them to understand the material, develop stronger problem-solving habits, and become more confident and independent learners.
